The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division along with Didube-Chughureti police division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Rafael Sh. for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee murdered his spouse-Suzana S. (DoB 1983) as a result of the conflict in his own house, located on Arsenali Mount Street, Tbilisi.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
