The officers of Didube-Chughureti Police Division fourth section as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained David K. (DoB 1994) and convicted in the past Bachuki T. (DoB 1987) in Tbilisi for armed assault.
Investigation established, that on July 6th the detainees assaulted one of the shops on Tevdore Mghvdeli street appropriated purse, mobile phone, and goods under the threats of violence and fled from the site of crime.
The law enforcers detained the accused persons as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities in several hours after the crime took place in vicinities of Sports Palace.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed assault, article 179, II part, sub-paragraph “B” of the Criminal Code. Investigation is conducted by Didube-Chughureti Police Division fourth section.
