The officers of the Old Tbilisi police division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Elbrus E. (DoB 1993) for stealing.
Investigation established that detainee penetrated in Juma mosque located in Abanotubani, Tbilisi. Elbrus E. entered one of the rooms of the mosque and stole portable computer and fled from the place of crime afterwards.
As a result of the operative-investigative activities Elbrus E. was detained in Ponitchala. Law enforcers seized the stolen item from the detainee’s house. He has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, II part of the Criminal Code.
