The officers of Gldani-Nadzaladevi police division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Ioseb K. (DoB 1979) for swindle. Fact of swindle solved by MIA
Investigation established that detainee was employed at one of the distribution companies and illegally appropriated 450 boxes of the diapers owned by the same company and thus company suffered from 28 800 GEL loss. Investigators also found out that detainee managed to sell part of the appropriated product. Law enforcers seized appropriated products and cash as evidence. Ioseb K has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of swindle and misuse of the official power, article 180, III part A and B sub-paragraphs.
