The officers of the Old Division of Main Division of Mia detained citizen of Iraq (Dob 1993) on the fact of sexual abuse under violence.
Investigation showed that the detainee brought the male minor by deception to his temporary residence place at Zandukeli str, Tbilisi, where he sexually abused him and fled from the scene. Later the victim applied to the Police.
On the basis of the operative-investigative activities the law enforcers detained the citizen of Iraq at Gogebasvili street, Tbilisi in several hours after crime took place.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of sexual abuse under violence, article 138 of Criminal Code of Georgia.
