The officers of Anti-corruption Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained head of Khelvachauri Forestry Administration Inari Zakaradze for exceeding his official powers.
Investigation established that Inari Zakariadze exceeded his official powers and ordered his employees to manufacture fake tickets for violation of regulations of the forest.
Investigation is in progress under the article 333 I part that envisages up to 3 years of imprisonment. Investigation is conducted by Anti-corruption Agency of Ministry of Internal Affairs.
