The officers of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of immediate operative-searching activities detained Guguli Tch. (DoB 1930) for committing premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee, on the basis of conflict wounded Malkhaz B. with a firearm in chest area in his own house located in Sagarejo. Due to the received injury the victim died at the place of crime.
As a result of immediate operative-searching and investigative activities law enforcers managed to detain Guguli Tch. in 20 minutes after the crime took place in Sagarejo. The weapon of murder was also seized by police as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
