The officers of Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division detained the resident of Rustavi Oleg Sh. (DoB 1963) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that Oleg Sh. visited his former spouse Bela Dz. in order to see his son. Detainee inflicted multiple injuries to his former spouse with a cold steel on the basis of jealousy which resulted into conflict. The victim was transferred to the hospital, where she died due to the received traumas, while undergoing surgery.
Oleg Sh. was detained by the law enforcers in several minutes after the crime took place.
Detainee has alreadyd pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108. The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
