The officers of the Kutaisi police division of Imereti Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti police department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities three persons were detained for armed assault and assistance in armed assault. In particular the following persons were detained: Gela Q. (DoB 1985), Gocha Q.(DoB 1995) and Jambul Q. (DoB 1997).
Investigation established that detainees agreed with one of the workers of the gas station Gela Q. and assaulted the station under previously elaborated plan along with accomplices. Thus criminals appropriated 6000 GEL and fled from the place of crime.
As a result of the operative-investigative activities the mentioned persons were detained in Kutaisi. All of them have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed assault and assistace in the armed assault, article 179, II part and article 24-179 envisaged by the Criminal Code.
