The officers of Guria Regional Main Division, along with Lanchkhuti police division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Besik Q. (DoB 1992) for stealing.
Investigation established that on February 21 of the current year detainee damaged windows of “Liberty Bank” pay express branch located in the village of Atetsi and thus managed to penetrate into the building. Besik Q. stole small sized safe and fled from the place of crime. Investigation also established that 6000 GEL were stored in the stolen safe.
As a result of investigative activities police seized the safe as evidence.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, III part of the Criminal Code.
