The officers of Adigeni police division of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained three persons with previous convictions in Akhaltsikhe: Giorgi Sh. (DoB 1993) Zaza K. (DoB 1987) Tmaz K. (DoB 1989) for theft.
Investigation established that on December 16 detainees penetrated the house from the bathroom window and stole TVs, various drinks, tableware, icon in the silver frame and other household appliances.
During the searching activities held in one of the detainee’s house police seized part of the stolen items. Law enforcers also seized some items from “Mshrali Khidi” open market and pawn shops located in Tbilisi.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, III part, sub-paragraph C of the Criminal Code.
