The officers of Ninotsminda division of Samtckhe-Javakheti regional main division of MIA as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained residents of Foka village, father and son Seiran H.(Dob 1964) and Volodia H.(Dob1989) for committing stealing.
Investigation established that detainees stole 156 rails couplers and other materials from the Marabda-Kartcakhi railway which is under construction and located near Foka village. Investigation also established that value of stolen materials is approximately under 6000 Gel. The stolen items were seized by the law enforcers as evidence.
Detainees have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177 of the Criminal Code.
