The officers of Batumi and Khelvachauri police divisions of Ajara police department as a result of operative-investigative activities brought five persons to justice, in particular: two Georgian cotizens Marina J. 9dob 1979) and Giorgi G. (doB 1990) and three Turkish citizens Husein A. (DoB 1983) Aziz K. (DoB 1971) Mehmed A. (DoB 1976)
Investigation established that the mentioned persons provided lodgings for prostitution in hotels and disco clubs temporarily owned by them. Law enforcers already questioned employees of the mentioned facilities as witnesses.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of providing lodging to prostitution, article 254 of the Criminal Code.
