Fifth division of Achara Police Department received notification that nearby the Batumi railway station civilian had a cold steel.
As soon as the information was received the operative team arrived at the scene. Policemen requested civilian to preserve order and tried to disarm him. However civilian ignored the legal demand and inflicted injury with a cold steel to district inspector Gia beridze in hand area.
Policemen managed to detaine V.M. (DoB 1992) for assaulting police officer.
Investigation is in progress under the article 353 (1) under the Criminal Code of Georgia.
