The officers of Achara Police Department as a result of the operative-investigative activities detained several times convicted Lasha K. (DoB 1991) in Batumi for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities. During the personal search law enforcers seized drug substance containing buprenorphine (0,0148gr) and 9,8 gr of marijuana. Drug test revealed that detainee was the consumer of marijuana.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
