The officers of main division for the illegal circulation of narcotics of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of investigative-searching activities held on the basis of operative information detained Khagan A. (DoB 1980) in Phonichala, previously convicted for armed robbery for illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs.
Investigation established, that the detainee has been selling drugs on systematic basis. Drug test revealed that the detainee is the consumer of heroin.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs. (Article 260, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
