The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department along with officers of Achara division of the same department detained citizen of Turkish republic in Tbilisi- E.Q. (DoB 1984) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee police officers seized 47 pills containing buprenorphine. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph “A” of the criminal code of Georgia.
