The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of investigatiave and searching activities held on the basis of operative information detained Levan M. (DoB 1981) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s house law enforcers seized 9 pills of subutex drug and several pieces of the same narcotic. According to the results of expertise the seized drug contains 0,117198gr of buprenorphine.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities, article 260, II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code. Investigation is conducted by Central Criminal Police Department.
