The officers of the eighth unit of Isani-Samgori police division along with the detectives division and security service of the penitentiary department, as a result of jointly held operative-searching activities detained the doctor of penitentiary department –Nana Sh. (DoB 1967) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities. She was detained in “Varaketili” metro station by the law enforcers.
During the personal search law enforcers seized two packages of 0,8272 gr of drug substance which contains 0,0063 gr of desomorphine and 0,0058 gr of codeine.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of large amount of drugs, article 260, II part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code.
