The officers of Ajara Division of Central Criminal Police Department, as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Viktor Kh. (DoB 1986) for drug related crime at “Sarpi” customs clearance point.
Investigation established that detainee purchased drugs in large amounts on the territory of Turkey and smuggled in Georgia.
According to the results of expertise heroine drug amount is 2, 12gr.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs and illegal import of heroin on the territory of Georgia, article 260, II part and article 262, II part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
