Officers of Kakheti Regional Main Division and Lagodekhi Regional Division as a result of jointly conducted operative-investigative activities detained convicted in the past Rantig A. (DoB 1987) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted multuply injuries to Joshgun A. (Dob 1994) during the conflict which took place in Kabali village, Lagodekhi district. Due to the injuries the victim died at the place of crime.
Accused person was detained two hours later after the crime as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities in Phona village, Lagodekhi district.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
