The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Davit K. for committing premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted lethal injuries to Vazha N. 9DoB 1987) Giorgi S (DoB 1994) Boris S. (DoB 1989) and wounded Beka S. (DoB 1992) in vicinities of the bridge located in Gorguli village.
Vazha N. Giorgi S. and Boris S. diet at the place of crime, while Beka S. was transferred to the hospital. At this moment his condition of health is stable but serious.
As a result of operative activities law enforcers managed to detain Davit K. in several minutes after the crime took place. The weapon of murder was seized by police as well. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances, article 109 of the Criminal Code.
