The officers of Tbilisi Police Division and Old Tbilisi Division, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Zurab K. (DoB 1978) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted multiple injuries with a blunt object and also caused lethal injury with a cold steel to Gela Kh. (DoB 1981) on the basis of conflict. Due to the received traumas the victim died shortly after he was transferred to the hospital.
As a result of immediate operative activities the detainee was taken under arrest I several minutes after the crime took place. detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fac of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
