The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division, Isani-Samgori police division and Patrol Police Department as a result of jointly held operative-searching activities detained kakha P. (DoB 1979) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on December 15 detainee inflicted lethal injury with a cold steel in back area to Davit Kh. (DoB 1995) on the basis of conflict and fled from the place of crime. The victim died shortly after he was transferred to the hospital.
As a result of immediate operative-searching activities police seized Kakha P. in Metromsheni settlement several hours later after the crime took place.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
