The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division and Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division as a result of jointly held operative and searching activities detained Andrei K. (DoB 1999) for premeditated murder.
Detainee inflicted injury in chest area to Suraj A. (DoB 1990) on the basis in conflict that took place in Tbilisi and left from the crime scene. As a result of immediate operative and searching activities law enforcers detained Andrei K. in several hours after the crime took place. The weapon of murder has been seized by the law enforcers.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
