The officers of Shida Kartli police department and employees of Special tasks Department, as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained 5 persons for theft-L.Sh. (DB 1976) M.G. (DoB 1980) Z.G. (DoB 1975) J.S. (DoB 1968) and Ts.M. (DoB 1975).
Investigation established that in Rekha village, Gori, detainees stole petrol from Baku-Supsa pipeline on the regular basis for future realization. Law enforcers managed to seize part of the stolen petrol as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, III part, sub-paragraph A and part IV, sub-paragraph D of the Criminal Code.
