The officers of Shida Kartli Main Regional Division along with Kurta Regional Division on the basis of joint operative-searching and investigative activities detained Gocha Ch. (DoB 1998) form premeditated murder.
Investigation established, that the detainee penetrated the house of an elderly woman located in village Phlevi, Khashuri region with the purpose of robbery, killed her and fled from the crime scene.
The law enforcers detained the convict in 2 days after the crime took place. The detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder. (Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia). The committed crime envisages from 7 up to 15 years of imprisonment.
