The officers of Guria Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Davit T. (DoB 1990) in Ozurgeti for armed assault.
Investigation established that detainee on April 14, along with his accomplice assaulted “Rompetrol” petrol station with firearms and face covered with mask. Offenders appropriated 300 GEL from the employee of the station under the pressure of the firearm and fled from the place of crime. Law enforcers seized masks and firearm from the place of crime.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed assault, article 179, II part, sub-paragraphs A and B of the Criminal Code.
