The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained two persons for armed robbery: G.K. 9DoB 1993) and V.S. (DoB 1993).
Investigation established that detainees assaulted two encashment employees of TBC Pay and appropriated 38 025 GEL under the pressure of the firearm. After the assault the mentioned persons fled from the place of crime.
As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities policemen managed to detain G.K and V.S two days later in Dedoplistskari.
During the search activities held in V.S’s house policemen seized part of the appropriated sum-16 000 GEL while as a result of the search held in V.S’s house policemen seized 2 pistols which will undergo expertise.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed robbery, article 179, II part of the Criminal Code.
