The officers of National Interpol Bureau of Georgia along with Ajara Regional Division of the Patrol Police Department, as a result of jointly held activities, detained Aisen Alhan Purhop (DoB 1977) with dual citizenzip of Turkey and Sweden. He was detained at Batumi International Airport while crossing the state border from Ukraine. The mentioned person was wanted by Ankara Interpol from 25.02.2015 under the red notice.
Aisen Alhan Purhop is convicted for the attempt to change the constitutional order by force, envisaged by the article 146/3, 59/1, 31, 33 and 40 of the Turkish legislation.
At this moment pre-extradition procedures are being held against the mentioned person.
