The officers of Isani-Samgori police division and Tsalka police division of Kvemo kartli Regional Main Division, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted Guram I. (DoB 1989) for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, hooliganism and resistance to the police.
Investigation established that on November 19 detainee made several shots from AKC automatic weapon in Vazisubani settlement and resisted to the police who approached the scene and managed to flee from the place of crime.
As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, Guram I. was detained in Tsalka several days after the crime took place. Police seized the weapon of crime from the place of incident as well as remains of bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, hooliganism and resistance to the police, article 236, I and II parts, 239 and 353 of the Criminal Code.
