The officers of Main Division for Illegal Circulation of Narcotics of Central Criminal Police Department of MIA as a result of searching and investigative activities based on operative information detained Emzar N. (DoB 1969) for illegal purchase, keeping and illegal transit of drugs to Georgia in Tbilisi.
As a result of personal search of the detainee, law enforcers seized 2,5726 gr. of Methadone, 0,4755 gr. of Cocaine and 0,4583 gr. of Heroin. Drug test revealed that the detainee is a consumer of Methadone and Cocaine.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and illegal transit of drugs to Georgia. (Article 260, part VI and article 262, part IV of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
