The officers of Gori division of Shida Kartli Regional Main Division detained Guram G. for premeditated murder as a result of immediate activities.
Investigation established that on the basis of conflict Guram G. wouded Kakha T. (DoB 1973) in belly area with a firearm registered on his name and fled from the crime scene. Due to the sustained traumas the victim died shortly after he was transferred to the hospital.
Law enforcers detaianed Guram G. in several hours after the crime took place. During the personal search law enforcers seized “TT” type pistol as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code, envisaging from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
