The officers of Vake-Saburtalo Police Division as a result of operative-searching and investigataaive activities detained Mikheil Sh. (DoB 1981) for the attempted murder and illegal purchase and keeping of firearms.
Investigation established that Mikheil Sh. inflicted multiple injuries with firearm to Davit K. (DoB 1990) on Tchavtchavadze Avenue and fled from the place of crime. Law enforcers managed to detain Mikheil Sh. next day in Tbilisi.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and the attempted murder, articles 236, I and II parts and article19-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
