The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Main Division detained Raibul. D (DoB 1982) in Senaki as a result of operative-investigative activities for premeditated murder.
Investigation established, that the detainee on the basis of conflict inflicted several injuries in belly area with cold steel to Zaur G. (DoB 1960) and fled from the crime scene. Due to the received injuries the victim died at the place of crime. Law enforcers detained the accused as a result of operative-investigative activities on the second day of the crime. Raibul D. has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is I progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
