The officers of Central Criminal Police Department of MIA as a result of operative-investigation activities detained in Tbilisi Mindia Ch. (Dob 1988) for illicit purchase and keeping of drug in especially large quantities.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s house the law enforcers 17 pills and several parts of pill of drug, which according to the expertise contains 0,13288 gr. of Buprenorphine.
Drug test revealed that detainee was under the influence of Buprenorphine in the moment of detention. Detainee has also pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, A sub-paragraph of the Criminal Code.
