The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained previously convicted Davit I. (doB 1982) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search police seized drug substance wrapped in polyethylene packages. Expertise concluded that the seized drug amounted to 91,81 gr, containing 7,1201gr of hemp.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code which envisages from 8 to 20 years of imprisonment.
