The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti police department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained two persons on probation- M.J. (DoB 1974) and I.M. (DoB 1990) for extortion and Coercion into Sexual Intercourse.
Investigation established that detainees extorted cash from a certain person and forced the victim into sexual intercourse by means of the blackmail and under the threats to disclose video and photo material of sexual character.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of extortion and Coercion into Sexual Intercourse article 181, II part, sub-paragraphs B and G, article 139, I part as well as artice 363 II part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
