The officers of the Detectives Division of Tbilisi Main Division and Isani-Samgori Division of the MIA, as a result of joint operative-searching and investigative activities, detained Agil K. – D.o.B.: 1989 in Ponichala for premeditated murder.
The investigation showed that the detainee during quarrel deadly injured in chest by a firearm Usal G. – D.o.B.: 1998, who died before bringing to a hospital. Agir K disappeared from the scene.
As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, the law enforcers detained the accused in Ponichala. The firearm was seized as evidence.
Detainee pleaded guilty.
The investigation in in progress over the fact of premeditated murder and illegal purchase, possession and carrying of firearm (Article 108; 1st and 3rd parts of the article 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
