The officers of Imereti Regional Main Division and Kareli Regional Division, as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities several times convicted in past, Malkhaz Zh. (DoB 1957) for the membership of the thieves’ world and robbery committed in group.
Investigation established that detainee detainee was linked to the members of the so called thieves’ world. It was also established that on January 7, 2014 Malkhaz Zh. along with accomplices robbed gas station in Samtredia and misappropriated special equipment.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery committed in group, article 2331 I part and article 177, I and II parts of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
