The officers of the Main Division for the Illegal Circulation of Narcotics of the Central Criminal Police Department of the MIA, as a result of searching-investigative activities based on operative information, detained Aleksandre N. (DoB: 1981) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of new psychoactive substance.
As a result of the detainees personal search the law enforcers seized 4,9945 gr. of new psychoactive substance so called “Bio” packed in a plastic bag. The detainee pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of new psychoactive (parts II of the article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
