The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Feliqs M. (DoB 1992) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of new psychotropic substances.
Investigation established that detainee illegally purchased 31plates of the so called “Bio” drug which according to expertise contains 2,2755gr of psychotropic substance.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of new psychotropic substances, article 260 1 (“prima”) part of the Criminal Code.
