The officers of central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Sergo U. (DoB 1980) for illegal purchase and keeping the so called “bio” drugs.
During the personal search law enforcers seized 9,2878gr of drug substance which according to the results of expertise contains psychotropic drug.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping the so called “bio” drugs, article 260, I part. The committed crime envisages up to 5 years of imprisonment.
