The officers of Rustavi police division of Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Nodar O. (DoB 1986) and Giga M. (doB 1986) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs.
During the personal search of the detainees law enforcers seized the so called “bio” drug wrapped in several packages.
According to the results of expertise law enforcers have seized 26,78gr of psychotropic drug. In the moment of detention both of the mentioned persons were under the influence of synthetic drug.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for illegal purchase and keeping of psychotropic drugs, article 260, I part, the committed crime envisages up to 5 years of imprisonment.
