The officers of Old Tbilisi police division, Gardabani police division of Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division along with Samtredia police Division of Imereti Regional Mai Division as a result of operative-investigative activities, previously convicted Boris L. (DoB 1981) previously convicted Roin P. (DoB 1980) were detained for robbery.
Investigation established that detainees stole handbag and personal belongings from Nata I. in Tbilisi and fled from the place of crime.
As a result of operative-investigative activities Boris L. was detained in Gamarjveba village, Gardabani, while Roin P. was taken under arrest in Tbilisi at Vazha-Pshavela Avenue. They were detained by police several days later after the crime took place. Stolen handbag was seized by epolice as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery committed by the group, article 178, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
