The officers of Gurjaani division of Kakheti Regional Main Division detained Levan N (DoB 1977) and Aleksandre V. (DoB 1978) for inflicting minor health injury on purpose.
Investigation established that on February 18 the mentioned persons physically confronted with Jimsher Osiashvili (DoB 1965) on the basis of conflict in one of the stores at Ninoshvili Street, Gurjaani. It is also notable that the victim is an employee of Kakheti regional division of Provisions National Agency. At this stage the condition of heath is satisfactory.
As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities law enforcers managed to detain both of the offenders on the second day after the crime took place in Gurjaani.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of inflicting minor health injury on purpose, article 118, I part of the Criminal Code.
