The officers of Kobuleti division of Ajara Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Tea V. (DoB 1973) in Sarfi border crossing point for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities and illegal import on the territory of Georgia.
During the personal searching of detainee’s policemen seized 11 packages of drug, which according to expertise contains 0,5815 gr of heroin. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities and illegal import on the territory of Georgia (article 260, II part, sub-paragraph A and article 262, II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code).
