The officers of Ajara police department along with the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the jointly held operative-investigative activities detained previously convicted Genadi Tch. (DoB 1984) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities.
During the personals search of the detainee law enforcers seized 13 pills of the so called ecstasy pills which according to the results of expertise contains 0,3669gr of the drug substance. Drug test revealed that detainee was the consumer of various types of drugs.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraphs A and E and article 273, sub-paragraph E envisaged by the Criminal Code.
