The officers of Dedoplistkaro police division of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained previously convicted Teimuraz K. (DoB 1983) for stealing.
Investigation established that late at night detainee broke the lock of the Silk net office, penetrated the building and stole surveillance camera, 13 modems, computer monitor and details applied in communication. As a result of the mentioned fact the company suffered from 60 GEL worth of damage.
As a result of the immediate operative-investigative activities Teimuraz K. was detained several hours later after the crime took place; he was detained in Dedoplistskaro, Rustaveli Street and seized the stolen items as evidences. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing that caused substantial damage, article 177, II part, sub-paragraphs A and B of the Criminal Code.
