MIA detained one individual on the fact of assault on Davit Kodua. Noshrevan N. (Dob 1976) appeared to the First Division of Vake-Saburtalo Main Division of the MIA and admitted that he had attacked Daivt Kodua on the ground of revenge.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of assault, the article 125 of the Criminal Code.
